Absolutely pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic service, requested results that I had paid for to take to a Dr for a second opinion and was refused as per company policy they not allowed to give me a copy of my results for a service that I had paid for.

This is absolutely pathetic service this is the first time I have heard of the patient not getting a copy of the results.
