Network Recruitment USELESS

I have been in the fortunate position where I had to hire some staff. Network Recruitment was RELENTLESS in bothering me, calling the whole time without leaving a message or write an e-mail - trying to work with them was physically EXHAUSTING. They don’t want to e-mail you, and I don’t always have the time to answer and frankly, they were more exhausting then helpful.

Now I am in the unfortunate position of looking for new work - and Network Recruitment is USELESS! You receive calls from them, just to talk a bunch of nonsens that either has been told to them MULTIPLE times & are on my CV - but if you miss that one call where they actually have an opportunity for you, they don’t phone you back, or leave an e-mail. You missed your chance.

In this day and age, don’t you think that it’s more productive to write an e-mail, than to be phoned? Do the consultants realize that you actually have a life, and if you missed their call, you were actually busy? But NO, if they can’t get hold of you IMMEDIATELY, you missed a work opportunity?!!!

I applaud Communicate, Sinako, Dames, and all the smaller recruitment companies - you helped me A LOT when I had to hire staff, and when looking for work.

Network Recruitment - you are a bad example of what a real professional recruitment company looks like, and I would not recommend them at all!

And off course they are not “registered” on hellopeter - so I hope someone reads this!
