Mislead and **** to!!!

I had been recently placed by Kirsten Macaulay of Network IT Recruitment at a position in Johannesburg. As part of my move I had emphasised on my bursary obligation to my previous employer. She had told me on several occasions that my new employer would reimburse me for the full amount once my probation period was over. That had come and gone and I had to comply with additional internal processes. Now that is complete, I have been told that there was never an agreement to reimburse me. Upon contacting her on 29 May 2015 I was given a different story that it wasn't a condition for me move which was a complete lie. She was meant to contact me on 1 June 2015 but has ignored me completely. There was no way I would have left my previous job due to the bursary obligation of just over R35 500. After escalating this issue through to Niteske Marshall, Crystal Du Toit and Bernice Roux who have pushed me from pillar to post with absolutely no help from those of whom they \threw"me to. Now I am in financial debt due to this. Please avoid using this agency as they are unprofessional and are nice to you when getting you a position but once you accept the offer they distance themselves quickly. """
