Most *********** agency I've ever dealt with. Full of empty promises

It's been a year and more than half of the issues that needed to be fixed is still not fixed. Took them 3 weeks to fix a geyser still having to pay full rent even though without hot water for 3 weeks. They use cheap labor and *********** people that have no idea what they doing. The geyser was supposedly fixed after a week only to be disappointed that there is still no hot water, having them come back not pitching for appointments and eventually getting the body corporate involved having sent their people out only to be informed that nothing has been replaced or looked at the past 3 weeks they supposedly trying to fix it. I had issues with windows that couldn't close, took them 4 months to attend to it once again to a disappointment of some windows still not able to close. 2 Plates on the stove have not been working since I've moved in, it heats up but not to boiling point. This is still not fixed among other things the owner promised to attend to after he came out to my house but they expect you to pay full rent or they'll update your credit record accordingly. Don't hire any property from this agency!!
