Ongoing problem of Nudebt and Arkhold

Further to my problem with Nudebt, posted here, last week, I now have to report that Nudebt has credited my bank account with R1000, the bank inscription reads "Bank charges". I have not incured any bank charges of R1000! Not sure why the credit? Cathy N from Arkhold, the company who initially instructed Nubet to debit my account with R179, 31st May 2026, promised to call me back by Friday, 14th August, at 12h00, which she did not!
