Debiting a debt review client??
I app**** for Debt review in February this year. A 17.1 and 17.2 form was sent to all my credit providers incl an instruction to stop all debit orders and Debi checks in February. This company debited my account in July regardless. I am trying to contact them since last week via email and telephonically with no response. I am going to escalate this further,including to the ombudsman
