A complaint about rain services

I have a complaint with rain I'm not happy with rain and I feel like it's a **** because when I decided to render their services they told me that it's not a contract and I can cancel anytime but now they're saying I'm owing them close to R4000 which I cannot understand why because their services weren't rendered to me during that period
