Unhappy Customer

I am not happy with the service of Network Collections in 2022 i took a loan from the company called Golden Medal Cash Loan Vereeniging so i didnt manage to payment back due to personal reason. they handed me over to the laywers called Network Collections therefor i made payment arragenments with their laywers to pay R300.00 every month my outstandind balance was R3268.01 so they debited my account for 5 months , but now when i ask the updated statement it show i am owing R4965.64 including the payments i have made towards the lawyers. This Comapany its ****. they send me different statements showing differents amount. where is the money i have paid if i am still owing R4965.64 . I am not Happy .
