**** OF A COMPANY AND SUCH POOR COMMUNICATION

This is a **** of a business!!!! WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS WRONG AND THEIR COMMUNICATION IS **** POOR AND PATHETIC! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT HELPING YOU OR ANYTHING, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND TO PUT YOU IN MORE DEBT

I had an account handed over to them. Balance was less than R4k. Today I got a settlement letter saying it will be R7k. This cannot be legal and according to the NCA Section 103(5) - IT IS NOT LEGAL!!!!

The communication from them is another story! The whatsapp chat is so **** poor and their email support is basically non existent! You write an email with a long body and they respond with "how can we help you" LIKE CAN YOU NOT READ MY EMAIL AND READ WHAT MY ISSUE IS

Another issue is that they gave me this settlement letter and I asked for an explanation on the amount or a transaction history or LITERALLY ANY FORM OF DOCUMENTATION GIVING ME DETAILS ABOUT INTEREST RATE AND ALL THE OTHER CHARGES THAT AMOUNTS TO R7K

Literally no response....
