Network collections bad review

I am having a very difficult experience with collections agency network collections.i have 2 accounts that the need to collect from.A field agent came to my work an took my card to put a Debi check on it for 2 accounts I agreed because what can I do the finbond 1 should be paid finish as it was a smaller amount in no way can I reverse or stop these payments,it shows on my banking app an bank statement only 1 is being debited as it was a larger amount which means finbond one finish today they tell me they still debiting the finbond how is that possible if I am finish paying it????I'm so upset I want to be free but they holding me hostage I want a paid up letter asap
