We don't take responsibility
Netwerk Koeriers should be better known as we just work to damage goods. I send my Hubble battery that cost me R32K that work with Solar power in for repairs in Joburg from Upington. When parcel arrived in Joburg the packing was drenched with wetness. After consulting them they send it to Cape Town to investigate. After 4 days of wetness, they said the battery rusted, that how they received it. Bear in mind in was 4 days in a week box. It was only send in for repairs. The battery got water damaged due to there poor service delivery. Refuse to replace it, I lost my warrentee as it was not receive in the same condition as it was sent. Netwerk Koeriers refuse to take responsibility for there poor service delivery and poor condition of their vehicle as it all got wet during transportation. I will never recommend them for any.package to be with them not use them ever. They refuse to take responsibility for there drivers actions and mistakes and the customers must suffers great loss. Although they do have insurance or for that matter hope they have to cover for negligence. I loss my warranty and a battery worth R32K. Think twice before you use Netwerk Koeriers. They just work to damage your goods. Unprofessional, no responsibility or decency to resolve this. Just say sorry it was review and you don't have a case and we will not pay out. Never again
