Why are they still in business??

Weirdest app I’ve ever come across. The usability is absolutely horrible and it doesn’t even update in real time. I wish I could copy/paste almost all of the other problems these reviewers have had and put it here because I’ve been getting the same issues. All these extra app charges, not to mention the rand to unit conversion process is not consistent. Let alone transparent. No warning or message when your meter is low. I recharge and my lights still don’t go on for goodness knows how long. It’s incredible that this company is still receiving business.
