Utterly poor customer support.

Extremely poor customer service. I bought electricity through my banking app like usually do, the money debited from my account but i received no token nor did my credit reflect in my Netvendor account. Spent two hours in the bank and even had the bank call customer support to verify, yet they "did not receive it" it has been a week and support has been no help at all with this issue. 💩💩💩
