Unhappy customer

The service is so pathetic, I've been having a complain about my electricity since last month. I spoke to a guy called Grant and still he was forcing me to pay 1600 and I had already paid 500 at the beginning of the month. Grant said to me he will get back to me in few minutes!! guess what I had to call him after 4 hour. Now Grant said he will bypass my electricity while they investigate what was consuming electricity.. Today I've just paid 2150 for electricity.. Something is not clear with this company and I'll send this to municipality of Cape Town to help residents against these ******!!
