Unhappy consumer.

Good day I am very unhappy with the service from Netvendor, I was charged an exorbitant amount on my water bill, The amount was R940 for the month of September 2024, I called their customer care on 30th September 2024, I spoke to an agent her name is Gugu, She could not explain or provide the recon thereof, I requested to speak to her superior, She said the manager was not available and she will convey to him, To date I have not received feedback from Netvendor, Netvendor is a **** and they just taking advantage of people's hard earned cash.
