The worst compnay ever😡

This has to be the worst company ever. I live in The Whisken kyalami and we facing a serious issue with buying electricity...this compnay doesnt notify you when running low. Their app or link to use when you want to top up will load every page for couple of minutes...it is very very inconvenient. I've been sitting trying to laod my electricity for almost an hour now, i dont if their app is down or something. I tried to call and still trying to call...They will never pick up the phone. Useless!!!😡
