Terrible service and *****ing from customers

Horrible, terrible!!! They double charge on service fee. You have to pay a separate amount and when you purchase electricity they charge you again. When you complain, they tell you there is a owing balance of R115 but you have to pay n minimum of R200 for meter to be accessible!!!! If I can get owners to remove meter I will *****ing from their customers People check you receipts
