Rental lock *******

My prepaid electricity meter was recently rental locked by Net vendor. I was and still am in a rental dispute with my landlord. Apparently my landlord instructed them to cut my power. This is an ******* action according to the law. I obtained a Court order to reconnect and net vendor still refused to reconnect. I have ask per email of net vendor to supply me with there terms and conditions for rental lock and no reply. There website with the part where it explains the rental lock is down too. My next port of call will be Wendy Nola's consumer watch. I dare Netvedor to respond. Or is this company also above the law.
