Prepaid Electricity Change over what a Nightmare
My landlord recently chose Netvendor as a prepaid supplier of electricity. My headache started on Thursday Evening 26/02/2015 after the change over was apparently completed. Electricity ran out at a 22:00. I then purchased a token online but the meter wouldn't accept the tokens. I tried calling the alternative number which rang unanswered. I then tried to call again but this time found that the phone had been switched off. I had to spend the rest of the night and next morning without electricity. I called Netvendor on Friday morning. I was informed that the problem lay with easypay and prepaid world. I was given R100 electricity token for which I was very grateful whilst they promised to attend to the problem. A couple of hours later I received a call saying that the problem was resolved, I was also promised a further call which never happened. I called Netvendor at about 16:30 on Friday afternoon and was informed that Kylie was currently on a call but she would return my call asap. It's now 2 days later and we haven't had any further help and the metre still wont take our tokens. Nervendor do not seem to have an interest in helping customers after hours in an emergency.
