Poor service, exorbitant prices. No value for money at ALL

Absolute trash service provider! It is bizarre that since this company took over in our complex all the residents including myself have been experiencing exorbitant increases in the costs of our utilities. As a 2 person household we are found paying R1000 for 10 days whereas prior to this company taking over we would spend R1000 for the entire month and even have a carry over some months. They are unable to provide any reasonable justification for this, thats if you are even able to get hold of someone to speak to. Not sure why companies like these even exist!
