Pathetic service

I paid 1500 yesterday now I'm trying to purchase electricity but it keeps saying system error I have called them 3 times today the first one dropped the call on me the second one said I must for for 10 minutes for me to purchase electricity and the third one told me that she will escalate to a thirf party I waited for two hours went to spar, Checkers garage but it still says error and I was told I will get some electricity once I have paid know I feel that there's some ********** done here if this matter is not resolved by 3 o'clock today I'm taking it further I know ppl in high places I have waited my airtime by enegery going from one shop to the other
