Overcharging on electricity

I could even give them no stars if this was possible. I loaded R800 on the 1st of July and it’s not even the 25th of the month and I am already sitting at R26 left of my electricity. It’s honestly ridiculous because I don’t understand how the electricity is even charged. Mind you during the course of the month there were 2 times where we did not have electricity and the electricity is still moving…

Like this is so ridiculous that a person who stays alone who cooks at least twice in a week’s electricity cannot even get through the full month.

It’s so frustrating
