Netvendor worse than Eskom service

Netvendor is a terrible service provider. Netvendor ignores queries or has a very long response turn around time. Their electricity rate are sky high. You can't track and monitor your electricity usage adequately. They have faulty system which from time to time provides incorrect usage and balance information. Their working hours are not conducive to service large residential communities outside 8am to 8pm(though it seem pen to paper is only from 9 am and 7:30 pm is pack up time). They don't have an automated receipt allocation. Makes electricity service twice as strenuous with load shedding. They are worse than Eskom
