If it was possible to give them a rating in the minus, I would. They are absolutely ridiculous with their charges. Every now and then, there is BULK reductions if they haven't deducted electricity or water for a while. Nobody in our Estate is happy with them. We might as well move and get a more expensive place to rent with what they are charging people for water and electricity.
