Netvendor- Greenlee Estate - Over charger on utility bills

Balwin properties Greenlee Estate A very pleasant place to reside, very accommodating staff, very well maintained. However the big concern is the prepaid utility service that they are using, Netvendor. Which is a total ripp off. which has caused frustration to numerous residents . Netvendor has been ripping residents off completely and it seems Balwin has not addressed this matter at all. Emailed queries takes forever to be resolved. billing initially was correct, billed an averaged 1600 - 1800 pm. thereafter billing changed to and average of 2200 - 3500 . Bare in mind no added appliances, switched over to a gas stove, but billing has not decreased . Also noticed, after the 25th of the month, what ever credits are topped up decreases faster. billing just increases every month. A total ******* - Netvendor

Good day Mo. netVendor is a reputable company and we have been in business for many years. The tariffs app**** that are charged per unit of electricity and water are the municipal tariffs approved by NERSA. We are transparent in all aspects when assisting our clients. We are aware of the infrastructure issue that is currently at hand in regards to the meters and this is a large cause of the issues that has been experienced in regards to the utility charges. Our team is working hard to ensure that the devices are reading correctly and in a timeous manner. Please also bare in mind that property where you reside is on a Wallet Solution. The readings for water and electricity is deducted on a daily basis as part of the solution that was implemented.

We are happy to assist to provide your with a detailed consumption report to show a detailed break down of your usage for the last 6 months and a detailed document of all the line items that are charged for better understanding. We can also assist to contact the Estate Manager to come to your unit if you are concerned that the units you are billed for are to high or inaccurate in any way.
