NETVENDOR disgusting service

I'm honestly frustrated with Netvendor services , you buy units for electricity , until you call them ********** 199 , you will NOt receive your units, you have to call them and remind them that you bought units, I bought electricity units last week Thursday till today after 6 days I still haven't received my units Pathetic service
