Massive deduction 2 months later

I got slapped with a bill twice that's over R900 because they couldn't bill my water in time. Imagine getting home, your power is off and when asked why it's because they only NOW bill you for March & April in end of May. It's not even payday yet and now we need to find money somewhere to get back in a positive. When asked why they give the same excuses and same old reasons. It's like playing Russian Roulette. You never know when you'll be taken out by a major bill again. Also when my husband phoned in the phone was put down in his ear. Tell me how this is food service?
