I moved into my flat on the 24th of September and bought electricity for R580, I completely understand that every third party has their fees however to this day I have paid R960 towards my electricity and I have been at the flat for only 19 days without much furniture. I sent this email : Good day
Firstly, I was not informed that the flat I moved into had a negative balance, I am not sure who was supposed to.
I see your calculations and I am aware that every third party supplier has their own fees when it comes to electricity.
In total I purchased R760, now I subtract R24.42 = R 735.58. R735.58- R96.74 (fee calculation) = R638.84 for electricity.
Balance is now R52.88 and the app states that I have used a total of 125.65 units which is R337.56 in rands.
R638.84-R337.56= R301.28
R301.28-R52.88(BALANCE)= R248.40
The above amount is the amount I'm very confused about. Where did this above amount go?
and still no response. I have never had to spend more than R600 on a one bedroom flat before. Even at home, which is a 3 bedroom house, the electricity is R1500. If I have to spend R960 for 19 days, how much is a month +-R1600? I need an explanation.
