Complain

This company should go down, not one positive review. I am having a problem to get my token, the ladies answer the phone she's very rude. I tried to get a apology for there mistake, but keep saying she will not apologise. I am still waiting for my token, after paying sending proof of payment yesterday i am still waiting for my token, it's not acceptable, its been many issues like this, when we tried to talk to the manager, they always said to busy. I am very desapointed and furious, some one should take them down if they can't do the job properly, customer suffering already from loads shedding now we have to deal from incompetence.
