Biggest ****mers of note! DO NOT USE THEM!!

Is there a organisation that regulates NetVendor because the way they are ripping people off, needs to be attended to. In June I had my lights cut off due to supposedly owing over R3k (just for the month) and ever since then - my bill has been nothing short off extreme. Calling the call center is useless as there is never a supervisor or manager available to help and at the end you are always told that someone will call you back (they never do). I have been paying on average R1.5K (two bed & two bath apartment) since then and guess what - September came back with the R3K bill all over again. Now my lights are off again and I'm told they'll only be on should I pay the required amount. If you can, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! *******ION IS THE BRAND!
