When enquiring how R 500 lasted a week in my 2-person household, I was told that the system was showing wrong on my side, and we were ACTUALLY on -R180, and NOT the -R11 the system was showing me, when I then pulled out receipts as proof of the -R11 and not the -R180, I was then told they would do an investigation and IF A REFUND would be applicable. HOW WOULD A REFUND *NOT* BE APPLICABLE WHEN THE STUFF UP IS ON *YOUR* SIDE ?!
