A truly people's people company.

I haven't come across a company like this in a long time. Apart from the fact that they know what they're doing in the IT Industry and being leaders with innovation products, they really stood out for me by being such people orientated business. Everything from how they operate their service desks to treating their staff. They have a dreams program where they literally encourage their staff to work on their personal goals and help them achieve it along the way. How cool is that. So impressed.
