Make sure you get what you paying for!!!

Paid for a terrabyte of memory to be installed to upgrade my security equipment. Later discovered the old memory was never replaced. Outright thievery and con. When I addressed it with the owner Archie he never once admitted wrongdoing. Its been 2 months no promised refund is forthcoming.
