Very unprofessional and disrespectful

Im quite disgusted after calling the company Netsafe. I asked to speak to someone and the female receptionist who answered rudely told me that i am holding up their lines and what do i want? i dont think that someone like that should be answering any company phone calls. she was rude and disrespectful on the call and dismissed what i was asking. is this how they treat their customers because it is quite pathetic and i would never recommend them to anyone!!!
