As a new member of the Windmill park estates.. Im one if the unlucky residents as i got to experience theft during my absence in the vicinity.. The are security guards but people have access to go in and out as they pleased with or without access cards.. Which doesn't make sense at all to add on that im disappointed how the system of moving in is projected to move ins... I had to wait for 2weeks to get my household updated regarding maintenance and the works mind you this is after i had to pay a full 1st payment including deposit which amounts to plus +-R10000 but through the moving they let you move in a place where it has never been maintained or renewed in out the building and most building outside got their 1st and last paint years ago which looks quite old... Can we also be treated like we are human and make the place look live and clean. Please
