Netpages.co.za - Small Claims Court service

Netpages.co.za published an online review which is a vicious assault and a blatant lie against me personally, by an unknown fictitious individual, causing immense harm and damages to me. There is no way to contact Netpages.co.za and they appear to be non-existent. I have attempted to serve Netpages.co.za with a Small Claims Court of South Africa 'Final Notice' giving 14 days to remove the review, or appear in Court with a R20000 claim against them. I emailed this to their published email address'; *** and ***, both emails were returned to me by Mail Delivery System 'Address not found'.
