Can't complain about service, because the is none!

I purchased some products from Netobjects some years ago and have been receiving newsletters and promotions from them. On having a query about one of their latest products, I sent an email to the above-mentioned Steve, with no reply being forthcoming. Some time later I re-sent the inquiry, still no reply. I then went on the website, using their contact facility with still no reply. I have since then again tried to contact them, this time with a more acidic approach and I am simply being ignored. I have subsequently unsubscribed from their newsletter and have nothing good to say about them.
