Jewery purchased and not a month silver rubs off.

This is a bracelet I purchased on the 26/02/2015. I'm very unhappy and dissatisfied with the fact that it's not even a month and the silver is starting to rub off I would also like a refund.<br> I've contacted the call centre number times and they had promised to have delvery but still no outcome <br> Please assist me in this matter as I would like this matter to be resolved asap.<br>
