WHY LIE ABOUT TRIAL PERIOD, AND DEDUCT 25 DAYS EARLIER?

I joined Netflix on the 25th October 2019. As I signed up, the email was sent to me telling me about the trial period and telling me that the fee will be deducted on the 25 November 2019. A few days after signing up, literally 4 days my account was debited by Netflix. When I enquire on the website I am told that someone I know mustve used Netflix before. This is baseless, as I requested proof of this to no avail. As I'm sitting am going to be billed twice before trial period ends, which I find very ***** and ********* and at some extent mischievous from Netflix. I am very unhappy because I enjoy Netflix but their accounts department must not ***** us!
