Unfami**** Main Account Issue

I was unexpectedly logged out of my Netflix account and, upon logging back in, found three unfami**** profiles with different names and viewing histories. My original main profile had been deleted and replaced. Despite contacting Netflix support multiple times via chat and phone, I was incorrectly told that deleting a main profile is impossible, even though mine had clearly been removed. Support was unable to resolve the issue, escalate the matter, or provide promised chat transcripts. I was also told that a full account reset isn’t possible unless I delete my account and create a new one with a different email address. This experience has led me to believe there may have been an account mix-up or security breach. Overall, I’m frustrated by Netflix’s inability to secure my account, address the issue, or provide adequate support, leaving me with unfami**** profiles and no resolution.
