Unauthorised charged on my DSTV account claimed to be Netflix subscription .

I have been charged extra R199 on my Dstv account I noticed that in September 2023 buy I guess is been going on for a while.i called Multichoice and they told me is Netflix and I must cancel it on the website. I tried that and my information I entered is not recognized by Netflix. I tried calling Netflix and they wanted my email.cellphone number and smart card number all those they could not picked up in their system .if I subscribe to this Netflix why is my information not in their system .
