Technical staff wants to cancel account without me saying so!

I have a technical issue and went onto your website and found a live chat. I was talking to Jeccon, he seemed to be very helpful in the beginning, but during the assistance, my technical issue has not been resolved with the error: tvq-pb-101-(5.2.5) and while in the process of a step trying to fix this error, i told him that my net step will be to cancel my netflix account. He immediately wanted to cancel my account even though I said that will be my next step. He is definitely not eager for people to keep their accounts, and wants to cancel very fast. I had to stop him, and tell him dont cancel yet, as I am busy with a step to try and fix the error. I am just saying, the technical staff is more eager to cancel accounts that actually assist!!
