STRUGGLE WITH CANCELING NETFLIX

My DSTV is subscribed on Netflix without my knowledge as I suspect one of my nephew I stay with them, when asked no one is owning to this but the Netflix is continuously used. Last year I tried to cancel this Netflix subscription but I struggled as they need an ID that I don't have. I took a decision to stop my DSTV account thinking that it will stop Netflix but I am told it does not happen that way

I am now stranded because that money I pay monthly for this subscription I cannot afford.

My only hope is Hello Peter as we struggled again just now to cancel my Netflix subscription though I managed to cancel DSTV.
