Quick friendly and very efficient service

Last week I was subject to a cyber attack. Someone managed to access my Netflix login and in rapid succession changed the password and then the email address used to log in. Netflix sent me emails confirming what had happened. I quickly and easily found an on-line chat service on their website and within minutes all had been restored and I once again had access to my account. Thanks for great service
