Not helpful call centre and live chats.

So disappointed with Netflix yesterday they debit my account then it cut me off while we were watching told me to sign in on my TV box even today I can't sign at first I thought maybe it's network or my tv box but everything else works fine even Skype the only thing that's not working it's Netflix. So hurt right now even thinking of cancelling. The call thing doesn't work coz the guy keeps on saying he can hear him self though I could hear him clearly the live chat you will wait and wait no response Even went without getting my response
