No customer service resolution

I have been using the netflix platform for years. I never had a issue. However I understand that every company has their minor system errors that occurs every once in a while. Unfortunately I happen to be the unlucky victim of a payment system error on their end today. I got charged twice for my monthly subscription, which you could imagine I was not happy about but I assumed a big platform such as netflix has a proper customer service to deal with overcharged enquiries. I couldn't be more wrong because the customer service is useless to say the least. The person I was chatting to on their customer service chat box, kept insinuating that they only charged me once, and that the second payment that clearly went off my bank balance which I have confirmed with my bank as well and they told me the amount went off twice. The agent I was chatting to kept on insisting netflix has not charged me twice. The second payment "might" be a authorization payment that will affect my bank balance and then returned to myself later in the week? Seriously, what a load of *******. My bank has confirmed that it's not a preauthorized payment. Two payments were taken from me by netflix and nobody is taking responsibility or providing me with a way to resolve my issue. Now I am out of pocket, my money has been taken from me twice. All the customer representative could say was "I'm sorry", sorry is not going to get my money back is it? I asked her for a email address I can raise this concern to or to send proof of the double payment that was taken. She refrained from providing me with any contact details as such and continued to say it's preauthorized payment that will go back in my account "she thinks" she is not sure herself.

The fact that my money was taken twice is not what Infuriates me. But the fact that there is no decent escalation process for something like this makes me lose all trust in netflix as a platform as a whole because what if this happens again? Should I just accept that you billed me twice and I cannot do anything about it?

I am never using netflix again. I always recommended netflix to my friends and family above the other platforms such as Disney+ and showmax etc. But now if anyone should ask me, netflix are con artist that if they feel like charging you twice they will and if you try to enquire about it, they will brush you aside. Zero stars if I could
