Netfliz takes money without verified account

My amail at Hotmail expired in 2020. Hotmail doesn't exist anymore. I had to create a new email. Netflix charged met twice a month for my new email adress and the old one(hotmail). Every month they take money for an inactive adress. Now they throw hands up, no refund. Yet i paid R408 for many months for one basic account of r179. Thanks Netflix. Bunch of ********s. Check your credit cards statements people. They rob you without you realizing.
