Netflix worst connection

This is so damn frustrating I am trying to log into my Netflix account on my TV and I've even reset my password like 5 times and I still can't get into it to watch my programs. Everywhere else on my mobile and internet I can log into but not my TV. Please can I get someone to give me a call urgently. *** ***
