Netflix wont remove my name off their system

I am so tired of Netflix trying to take money out of my account when I cancelled them months ago. The emails are non stop. Now all of a sudden my Netflix is active, so the cant take me off their system. I have no idea how they can say it is active when I dont even watch Netflux
