Netflix *****ing me blind.

I have a contract with Netflix for the amount of 139.00 per month that gets deducted from my credit card account every month on the 17th. However , from January 2020 the agent of Netflix , Keizersg , have been deducting 3 other amounts ranging from 214.00 to over 400.00 from my credit card as well . We did sent my bank statements and an inquiry about it , but they still did not fix this problem. They keep on deducting these unautherized amounts from my card on the 8th of every month . My account with netflix only reflect the 139.00 per month , so i must presume that Keizersg is deducting other users accounts also from my credit card. Or maybe he is deducting his friends accounts from my credit card.. We have not even got any answer from them , so i am not even sure that Netflix have got a manager in South Africa keeping an eye on these agents or are they just running roque. After countless enquiries , they have not even rep**** to me or my daughter whose email address is being used for our account. Sine January 2020 they have already deducted in excess of R2,500.00 from my credit card I am now considering reporting them to the ombudsman as well as getting legal assistance from a lawyer to sue them for the money they have deducted ********ly from my credit card amount.
